1.6 POLICY CANCELLATION

Booking Conditions & Cancellation Policy Villa Kudì maldives

 

Please, read with attention the norms of reservation.

Every reservation after the confirmation has contract value.

The contract is binding for the person making the reservation and for all other subjects mentioned in the same, including minors

 

 

1.Reservation

It is possible to send a request of availability and waiting for our answer.

After this, you will receive an offer (non-binding).

The reservation is confirmed after our written comunication by email where there will be indicate the total amount of the holiday and after the deposit payment, to be made within 3 days from our confirmation.

If the deposit payment is not made within 3 days, the reservation is to be considered void.

The reservation becomes binding for Villa Kudì maldives only upon receiving the copy receipt of the payment deposit.

You have to send a copy of the payment by email (villakudi@gmail.com).

At this point, Villa Kudi will send an email to the customer for the confirmation or a voucher to show at the moment of the passport check at the airport.

The booking confirmation implies the acceptance of our cancellation and deposit terms. We kindly ask you to check the accuracy of the above confirmation data and to inform us as soon as possible of any anomaly. The communication must be received no later than 4 days after receipt of the communication. After this term we disclaim any responsibility for any inaccuracies.

For modify your reservation is necessary to contact us for email. We’ll doing all possible for satisfy your request.

However , we cannot guarantee the fulfilment of this request.

If the reservation is moved to a period of which the price is higher than the amount paid, the customer is obliged to pay the difference.

 

2.Payment

General condition:

 

A deposit is required within 3 days from the date of confirmation.

In case of no receipt of the deposit within the dates indicated, the reservation is void.

The amount of the deposit is equal to 30% of the amount of the stay will not be refunded in case of cancellation or no-show.

 

Accepted payment methods: Bank transfer.

The balance of the reservation must be paid on arrival in cash (euro or dollars). Any extras must be paid before departure.

 

Extension of the stay :

Extension of the stay requires an additional reservation, and is subject to availability and changing of rates.

 

3.City Tax

In the Maldives there is a tourist tax of 3$ per person per day.

The tourist tax is included in the total booking.

 

4.Cancellation Policy (individual reservations)

Any cancellation must be notified in writing. No refund is due to the guest who decides to interrupt the stay already undertaken and therefore is obliged to pay the entire stay booked

 

Noshow:

In case of no-show, will be withheld 30% paid as deposit

 

 5.Group Reservation and Cancellation Policy

Making a reservation, the person who completes the process is identified as the contact person of the group and confirms to be authorized by the other participants to adhere to the Booking Terms and Cancellation Policy of Villa Kudi maldives. The contact person of the group is responsible for the total invoice for all the bookings confirmed by him. Requests after the expiration date must be communicated directly and exclusively by the group leader. Reservations do not require changes. It would be necessary to cancel your reservation and make a new one.

 

Deposit:

A deposit of 20% or 30% of the total amount of services booked will be required to confirm the booking. The deposit is never refundable.

 

 

Rooming list:

 

The contact person of the group is responsable to send a final list of the customers as soon as possible,not less than 15 days before the arrival.

Cancellations must be received by e-mail. In case of early departure a penalty of 100% of the entire stay will be charged.

 

The reservation confirmation implicate the acceptation of our terms of cancellation and deposit.

 

6.Reasons of Force Majeur

The management disclaims all responsability for service failures due to lack of supplies, accidental faults to equipment or other causes of force majeure.

We decline any liability for damage caused by other guests, weather events, natural disasters, epidemics, diseases and theft.
